March 15, 2009 (Las Vegas) - NAIOP Southern Nevada recently recognized EJM Development Co. with two prestigious awards at the 12th Annual NAIOP Spotlight Awards on March 14 at the Venetian Las Vegas. The Spotlight Awards honor projects, individuals and companies that demonstrate excellence in development and their contributions to the industry.
EJM, a longtime member of NAIOP Southern Nevada, was honored as ‘Developer of the Year,’ and its Arroyo Corporate Center, Phase I, Building 1, won in the ‘Office Building - Two Story’ category. Last year, EJM was awarded the ‘Trendsetter Firm of the Year’ Award.
“Having been members of NAIOP for over 15 years, the ‘Developer of the Year’ award is especially meaningful and rewarding for our company.,” said EJM Vice President of Southern Nevada Properties Susan Wincn. “We are especially pleased the company was recognized as a whole two years running, in addition to be acknowledged for our office component.,” said Kirk Boylston, Regional Director.
