EJM Development Announces Completion of Building 21 at Arrowhead Commerce Center
May 19, 2008 (Las Vegas) - EJM Development Co. today announced the completion of Building 21 in its 110-acre master planned Arrowhead Commerce Center in Green Valley. Leasing has begun on the property, at 3755 East Post Road.
The 148,000 square-foot, cross-dock building, situated on 20 acres, offers high image office/warehouse space, divisible to 15,681 square-foot units featuring a state-of-the-art ESFR fire sprinkler system throughout, minimum 30-foot ceilings, a 61-foot deep concrete truck apron, 9 x 10 foot dock high loading doors, and 12 x 14 foot grade level loading doors. The building also features excellent access and truck circulation.
LM Construction served as general contractor and RGA Architects as architect for the project. Spencer Pinter of Colliers International is the leasing agent for the property.
Arrowhead Commerce Center began construction in 1996. With the addition of Building 21, EJM has developed more than 1 million square feet on 100+ acres, with just under 10 acres remaining for future development and build-to-suits. Park tenants include General Electric Company, Siemens, Diebold and DHL Express.
